Each month, Brian Home Services donates one day of labor to help a nominated homeowner in need.
What Is BHS Service Day?
Brian Home Services specializes in handyman-type projects, punch lists, and home maintenance services throughout the local community.
Through BHS Service Day, we donate one day each month to help a selected homeowner with projects that improve safety, accessibility, comfort, and overall quality of life.
Primary focus groups may include:
Veterans
Elderly homeowners
Disabled homeowners
Homeowners experiencing hardship
Eligible Projects May Include
- Minor repairs
- Grab bars
- Toilet replacement
- Light fixtures
- Handrails
- Minor drywall repair
- Small exterior repairs
- Punch lists
- Faucet replacement
- Ceiling fans
- Door hardware
- Shelving
- Accessibility improvements
Projects Must
- Remain within normal BHS scope of work
- Be located within BHS service area
- Be suitable for a one-day project
- Stay within program budget limitations
Projects Not Eligible
- Full renovations
- Roofing
- Structural repairs
- Major plumbing/electrical
- HVAC work
- Emergency situations
- Unsafe environments

Program Limitations
Projects must remain within the normal scope of work provided by Brian Home Services and within the BHS service area.
Projects are selected based on scope, scheduling, safety, and budget limitations. Submission does not guarantee selection.
